We noticed that cashback was accrued at a rate of 1.5%. Most likely, you purchased an item from the category "Mobile Phones, Tablets and Laptops, Computer Hardware and Accessories, Audio and Video Equipment, External Storage".
If not, send a screenshot of the order to the ticket, which we have already created in the "Help", "My requests" section.

Premium account gives cashback not 30% of the order amount, but increases the base rate by 30%.
For example, if the usual cashback rate in a store is 3%, including Premium, you will be credited with 3% + 0.3% (30% of 3) = 3.3%.
