These terms and conditions form an integral part of the general terms of use of the Letyshops cashback service and are applicable in conjunction with any rules and regulations specified on the LetyCard page, if relevant.

• LetyCards are digital gift cards to third-party stores that can be purchased through the Letyshops website (letyshops.com) and the Letyshops mobile application (iOS and Android) by its registered users only. The specific conditions of each card are determined by the respective partner merchants and are listed under the “Merchant Terms” section on the merchant’s profile page.

• LetyCards may be redeemed on the partner merchant’s website and/or in participating partner stores, as indicated on the partner’s profile. The nominal value of the LetyCards, as well as the maximum quantity that can be purchased and used for a single order, will be specified on the relevant merchant’s page. The user is responsible for reviewing all applicable terms and conditions related to the card before making a purchase.

LetyCards purchased through the Letyshops platform are subject to the following conditions, as defined by the partner merchant:

    Activable: LetyCards may need to be activated before use. The activation process and timeline will be specified on the relevant merchant’s page.

  • 3.2

    Usable: LetyCards can be applied to purchases on the partner’s website and/or in participating physical stores. Specific details regarding where the card can be used (online, offline, or both) will be clearly indicated on the merchant’s profile.

  • 3.3

    Spendable: The card’s balance can be used for full or partial payment, depending on the merchant’s terms. Any remaining balance, if applicable, will follow the merchant’s conditions for future use.

  • 3.4

    Cumulative: In some cases, multiple LetyCards may be combined for a single transaction. Whether LetyCards are cumulative will be defined by the partner merchant and indicated on their profile page.

  • 3.5

    Usable at Online/Offline Stores: LetyCards may be redeemable both online and in-store, or in one of these formats, based on the merchant’s terms. This information will be specified on the relevant page of the merchant.

  • 3.6

    Other Conditions: Additional terms, such as expiration dates, restrictions on certain products, or minimum spending requirements, may apply. These will be outlined on the partner’s profile under the “Merchant Terms” section.

• Upon purchasing a LetyCard, the card itself will be delivered directly to the user’s account within the Service. Purchased LetyCards are stored in the user’s account under the “My LetyCards” section. The Service does not send the LetyCard itself via email. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure secure access to their account in order to retrieve and use the LetyCard.

• When purchasing a LetyCard through the Letyshops platform, users will receive cashback at the rate specified on the relevant merchant’s page at the time of purchase. This cashback will be credited directly to the user’s account balance once the purchase is completed.
  
  Please note, purchases of LetyCards do not qualify for the referral program and shall not count toward the minimum spend requirement.
  LetyCard purchases are not eligible for any Lety codes or Lety statuses (e.g., Letyshops Loyalty Program) applied to the user’s account. This means that the default cashback rate will always apply, regardless of any account bonuses.
  
  The user’s account balance and the withdrawal of cashback are governed by the Letyshops Terms of Use. Please refer to the Terms of Use for further details on how cashback can be accessed or withdrawn.

• Please note that in some partner stores, cashback is not credited when a card is redeemed. As a result, you may not be eligible to receive cashback from Letyshops for your order if the payment was made using a card. This condition varies by partner merchant, and we recommend reviewing the specific terms on the merchant’s page before completing your purchase.

• LetyCards are considered personalised products and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, which normally applies to everyday goods. Once purchased, LetyCards cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the law mandates otherwise.

• LetyShops does not sell any products or services other than the LetyCards themselves. Therefore, LetyShops will not be held responsible for the quality of the products or services provided by the partner merchants. All claims relating to the quality of the products or services offered by the merchants must be directed to the entity that sold the corresponding product or provided the relevant service.
