I used to buy more in-store purchases, but increasingly (especially if I'm placing a large order) I'm buying online when I see good deals. Plus, there's the added bonus of Letyshop's cashback, which gave me a problem with my last purchase. LETYSHOPS OPINION: As I mentioned, my last purchase (4 days ago) didn't show any cashback, so I just filed a claim. Despite having had this problem, I'm giving it a 4* because the same thing happened to me on a previous purchase (at Decathlon specifically), and the Letyshops team efficiently and kindly resolved the issue. With these words, I'd like to reach out to those people who react with "hater"-like comments at the slightest problem. Give Letyshops' technical service a chance (or that of the store/website/random product that has given you problems) and then, if they don't provide any solution, activate your "hater" mode. Regards
