They write here about a bunch of fly codes. Where do they get them? They gave me a code once when I contacted the support service with a question. It would also be better if you removed the 500 ruble threshold. There were situations when the card was missing a couple of dollars, and here 100-300 rubles just lie there, I had to go to the bank, stand in line and pay a commission (since it's my husband's card) 300 tenge for the transfer and 300 to the bank. When this happened the second time, I didn't go to the bank... I transferred to Qiwi, from Qiwi to the card. The commission is many times less. The savings are not big... I spent almost $500 cashback almost 2 thousand rubles... but still better than nothing. In general, thank you for being there. I have never met such a prompt support service anywhere.

Well, what can I say, this whole thing with crediting cashback (hereinafter KB) is stretched out in time (I understand this procedure), but nevertheless, we are in no hurry. After the first purchases on Ali, KB was automatically credited (waiting status), I was pleased, then after confirmation on Ali, cashback was also confirmed automatically in 70% of cases, in the remaining 30% I wrote to technical support about crediting. Credited within 2 days. Technical support worked 5+. And the most interesting thing is of course the withdrawal of money, where the stumbling block lies. I left a request on Saturday, on Monday the request was already confirmed, and on Tuesday the money was already on the card. Result: Technical support 5+ Withdrawal of funds 5+ Crediting of KB 5 (automatic crediting does not always work) I am satisfied with the service. I will work through Lety Shops.
