You just need to remember to first open the app, and only then go to the store you need from the app. The only drawback is that not all stores allow you to receive cashback, but this is the problem of the stores.

Cashback is almost always credited automatically and without losses. In cases where there is a failure, it is "not scary" to contact the support service, and even to some extent it is pleasant, because they have never refused help and always do it as quickly as possible. Even when the personal account was re-registered, the data was transferred to the new one quickly and without any problems. Withdrawing funds is also fine. In a word: I RECOMMEND!

I have been using the LetyShops application for over a year, about 20 purchases in all that time, 1-2 times cashback was not credited, I contacted the support service, the specialists found the lost cashback, and after 2-3 months the funds were in the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 250 UAH. With a cashback of 1%, you need to buy goods worth 25,000 UAH! Plus, if you haven't used your account for a year, your money will burn. I don't know about you, but I haven't even saved half of it in a few years
