Maximum cashback:
- for Fashion & Lifestyle (Men's Sports Footwear, Luggage, Travel Accessories) – 22.5₹
- for Emerging Electronics – 150₹
- for Core Electronics – 150₹
- for Large Appliances – 150₹
- for Mobile Phones Tier A – 75₹
- for Mobile Phones Tier B – 75₹
- order numbers may differ slightly in your LetyShops account and at Flipkart, especially when the order consists of several positions. It goes so because the store has a separate number for each item, which is then transferred to LetyShops as an order number;
- the cashback is assessed at the rate which is valid at the moment of purchase;
- in case of a product return request, cashback is rejected regardless of the result.

I received cash back on 5 instances from flipkart but the later 6 cash back requests were denied. Customer care informed me that flipkart is not responding. I'm not sure how to make a good judgement on who is to blame. Recently I purchased a mobile and waiting to see if I get a successful cash back.

Perhaps this happened erroneously during the transfer of data or the condition of the shop or the rules of shopping with cashback were broken. The store doesn't accept any claims, meaning we can neither fully investigate the cause for the loss nor receive a reward from Flipkart for the order (cashback is a part of it).
