In 2020, the service died completely. In the sense that both the mobile app and the browser desktop extension simply stopped working in 2 of 3 stores. I bought throughout 2020 and the last two months in AliExpress, Fanatical, Eneba stores and a purchase in Foxtrot. Out of 15 purchases, cashback was automatically counted only for 4 purchases, one of which was in Foxtrot. All the other 11 purchases had to be manually added to my account. They refused to issue cashback only in one case, in all the others, surprisingly, my transition to the store's website was magically found and the cashback was confirmed. I'll beat the support - yes, I followed all your "recommendations". And especially when buying through a mobile application - it is simply impossible to "not follow" them. Therefore, I send my warm greetings to those responsible for the operation of the application and browser extension. Just in case, I always recorded how I made purchases (although I deleted the video after the cashback was credited).

Everything is great, withdrawal of money has become faster, the only huge minus is withdrawal of funds from 500 rubles.

Cool Letyshops came up with the idea of raising cashback several times higher, luring customers to make purchases. Today, cashback is up to 15% in AliExpress. I bought a suit for 2700, and received only 120 rubles in cashback. They didn’t even return 5%, ha-ha, and it’s always like that... They haven’t credited what they promised yet. And I know the answer from the customer service, they say that the seller set it up that way. It’s already driving me crazy... I constantly fall for these baits. But I really like Letyshops, otherwise I have no complaints, well done!!!
