The bad review is not about Decathlon but about "Decathlon from Letyshops". It does not work. As I read (too late) in the comments ..., it has NOT worked for me either. I did one a long time ago and I had to go around demonstrating with invoices ..., and I made a purchase yesterday that had a cashback multiplier in the offer plan in Letyshops and it has not been automatically placed either. I'm going with the incident-request to Letyshops. Until they fix what's going on, I don't recommend trying to shop here via Letyshops. : (

I had a problem with the Cashback as it was not registered. I sent an email to Letyshop and they fixed it in 2-3 days. It seems that the problem comes from Decathlon's communication with Letyshop and this affects the obtaining of Cashback. Thank you Letyshop for your solution and assistance.

With Decathlon it does not work, I made a purchase of € 420 with 5% and it never came, supposedly because the cashback was lost, letyshop gave me back € 4.50, after the claim as consolation after three months, but very bad for Decatlon
