The problem I have is when you have the Casa del Libro app. Purchases work the same as on the website, but you have to go to the website instead of using the app. The app offers several payment methods, such as PayPal, while on the website you can only use credit cards and another option. If they fix this so that Letyshops can be used with Casa del Libro from the app, as is the case with Moravia or AliExpress, then I'll give it 5 stars, although in my opinion, I'd give it 4.5 right now if it were possible.

It happened to me that I have made 2 purchases at Casa del Libro when the cashback was higher, in one of them it was multiplied by 5 and they only applied a % of what it should have been, having to wait several months for the store to confirm it .... and another 2 days ago, when the % was multiplied by 3, and they directly tell me that it does not "appear" and that I have to wait 4 months for Casa del Libro to confirm or not ... In both cases I have claimed by providing screenshots of the purchases made, clearly demonstrating that I made the purchases with the indicated steps, and I am very unhappy, because of the waiting times, not knowing if they are going to apply it to me, when it is a lot of money ...
