When I first booked, the price of the hotel didn't change when I switched through the cashback service, so I made another booking without a second thought and what do you know - the price difference is 15%!!!!!! And the cashback is 3.8%!!! Gentlemen, warn me about such unpleasant surprises, I don't really want to look like an idiot. One star not for Booking, which is always on top, but for Letyshops! An extremely unpleasant aftertaste.

I booked on Booking.com back in September... the actual check-out from the hotel is on 6.12... two months have passed, and the cashback has not been confirmed... pending... What's wrong?! On average, the reward is credited within 60 days from the date of actual check-out from the hotel. This is an average time, so the cashback can be credited both earlier than the specified line, and a little later.

I booked several times and activated cashback both through the LetyShops website and through the browser extension, and nothing came even once (it wasn’t even counted).

I paid for the hotel in cash because I didn't understand how to do it through the app :)
I received my cashback exactly 60 days after leaving the hotel. It's a long wait, but it comes. Special thanks to the support - they respond politely and try to help. It's nice to talk to them.
Everything works as it should. 60 days and the cashback comes. I am very happy that the team always goes to meet, great guys.
