An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.

Cada tienda tiene sus propios periodos de tiempo estimado para transmitir información y remuneración por el pedido. El tiempo máximo de espera del cashback de SHEIN es de 120 días, pero generalmente se acredita más rápido ;)

It works perfectly and from the mobile application the Cashback appears pending almost immediately. What I would like to know is if when I return one of the items of the order they reject all the Cashback or the corresponding part will appear credited.

Since I discovered Letyshop, it has become an essential in my purchases. I always do my basket in Shein and wait for the cashback to increase, because it tends to do so very often and a really high percentage. In two purchases I have managed to recover more than 25 euros of cashback and without problems to credit it. I really recommend it a lot, the only problem I find is that it takes time for the money to be reflected to withdraw it, but I understand that you have to spend a period for returns.
