In this case, the estimated confirmation period for your order has not yet passed and the cashback will still be credited.
Cashback is credited not at the time of payment or delivery of the order, but when the store sends us the corresponding confirmation.
The support manager informed you of the estimated date of crediting - 03/16/2016. It was calculated based on the average cashback waiting time, information about which is posted on the store page.
Each store determines the average time for crediting cashback; before this date, if we have not received confirmation from the store, we cannot credit you with cashback.
As the support manager informed you, if the cashback status does not change after the estimated crediting period (namely 03/16/2016), you can contact our support service, we will try to help you.
