Zero feedback I will briefly describe my situation, so that the reader will beware and be aware that the support team of our wonderful service includes winners of the "Autist" award. I use this service extremely rarely due to its inferiority compared to competitors, but I still use it sometimes... that is, I used it. And maybe I would have continued to use it if I had not discovered one fine day that the account was blocked, and it is important to note - for no apparent reason! And I got banned right after I decided to withdraw small change that had accumulated on the account. "Well, anything can happen" - I thought - and wrote to support in order to find out the reason for the ban and eliminate the problem. And what was the result? In the end, all the questions asked were ignored, and in the response letter I only received a cliched template "we are just taking care of you" and a demand to send a confirmation of the last transaction (for example, a receipt, as indicated in their requirement). Okay, first I sent a screenshot of the transaction as proof - they weren't satisfied. Okay, fair enough. Then I sent them an official e-receipt from the website where the purchase was made - also not it, "let's get something else, from the bank" they said. I'm already burning up... but oh well, I'm trying to be adequate (for example, to them) and sending two files with a bank statement [I remind you: just to remove the unjustified ban]. So what? Right, not it again! Here, from the stupidity of the situation, my stomach finally kicks in and I switch to a ruder tone, with REPEATED demands to explain why I lost access to the account in the first place and why should I now dance with a tambourine?! The answer mocked my psyche: in the reply message I received the same template with which the correspondence began - "we are just taking care of you." And that's it. And emptiness. "Well, that's all my authority," as they say. I don't care about the account or the amount that was never returned to me - nerve cells are more expensive. *** To sum it up: a large and well-known service, which a priori should have high-quality feedback, for which such situations are unacceptable - just sat down with its tip in the dirt. In my understanding, this is unacceptable, and I hope in yours too. Reader of these lines - listen to me!: bypass this insidious "money returner" and go to a competitor, because a meager percentage is not worth the potential hemorrhoids! Peace.

I have been using your service since 2017, I watch popular YouTube channels (which you sponsor). All I hear everywhere is "hot cashback", "have time to buy". In fact, it's a pure scam. When ordering two products with this "hot 25%" - the cashback did not go through at all, although it does go through in "My transitions". Conclusion: the quality has dropped, fairy tales are only in books. You shouldn't count on a good cashback when ordering an expensive product. If you wanted an honest review - you'll get it, they usually don't give money for the truth (300 rubles).

Fast useless withdrawal of funds. A big plus for this! Good work with AliExpress cashbacks and other Chinese ones. But there is one BUT... Working with Ukrainian stores is simply disgusting! Almost never was the cashback recorded automatically. Only after correspondence, screenshots, checks. But for example, my last request was simply stupidly ignored. Ouch! Letyshops, will there be some kind of communication? Or when you go to gold, the lack of responses to the request is a bonus option???
