I made an order for a significant amount (65 thousand), decided to buy a gift for my wife. There was an increased cashback of 3900 rubles. I made an order by going from the LetyShops website, at each stage I saved screenshots that the cashback was active. The order was delivered the next day. However, after 5 days, the cashback did not even appear in the pending section in my personal account. Support says that I allegedly went from another site 6 minutes before the order (some promo codes) and only then made the order, but technically this is impossible, because to activate the cashback, you only need to go from the LetyShops website and you cannot go from 2 sites at the same time (the cashback will not be activated in this case). Support is dodging, they threw 500 rubles instead of 3900 and say something about my cashback being intercepted. They are trying to brazenly deceive me and make me guilty. Literally from the words of the support: "our extension cannot offer you to make a transition from another site, only from ours of course. No one argues that you made the transition from our site, but you did not make it from ours either. Alas, our affiliate link did not win this battle." - but once again, I repeat, it is impossible to simultaneously go from the left link and activate cashback, because it is activated ONLY when transitioning from the LetyShops website. As a result, they say that I am a fool and we will not do anything, they cheated me out of money and made me guilty. If I knew, I would have ordered from another store at all and there at least in bonuses they would have given 4 times more. I do not recommend this service to anyone, a bunch of liars and deceivers, there is no desire to resolve the issue, they just cheated me out of money!
