The quality of service provided has significantly deteriorated. Over the course of six months of cooperation, 18 orders were placed, with an average value of 2,500 hryvnias each. Initially, the first order was shipped on the day of placement, and the Nova Poshta courier service delivered it the next day. Currently, the shipping times have changed; previously, orders placed before 11:00 AM were initially shipped the same day. Now, the app indicates a minimum shipping time of two days. In reality, shipments are delayed, and on the fifth day, customer support is unable to provide information on shipping times, citing high workloads. These dates are approximate. Providing promo codes does not solve the problem or improve the service's usability. Due to the above, I cannot recommend this marketplace. It is preferable to shop on platforms such as Rozetka or Epicenter, where, despite a smaller product selection, delivery is timely.

The worst cashback program I've ever used. Cashback has never worked, you have to prove it all the time, keep receipts for 4 months, cashback may simply not appear - this is in 90% of cases. A strange rule of using your own promo codes, and it doesn't matter that half of the check doesn't fit this promo code. The review is only about the cashback program. I like the store as a whole. This is the first store that rejects for its own discount. They often "forget" about promotional delivery, you can get one information in support and another when registering. Well, etc., we bought food for homeless animals, transferred it to the b.d zone, now we'll look somewhere, but definitely not here :)

One of the worst cashback programs is Maudau. You will have practically no chance of getting cashback. The store always lures you with discounts through promo codes, which is profitable - but then there is no cashback. You pay with cards with cashback (mono, etc.) - and then there is no cashback here. There are still a lot of conditions that eliminate the possibility of getting cashback from Maudau. But then it is easier to buy goods in the same Silpo or other stores (because it is cheaper there + cashback from Letishops is valid), when there are no discounts on Maudau and you cannot buy with promo codes.
