Purchases at Telepizza ES with cashback in Spain
- Cashback should appear in your account with "Pending" status within 7 days after purchase.
- Cashback is not credited in case of using any third-party voucher or discount code.
- Right after an order has been placed an amount of cashback may be displayed incorrectly. Upon the order confirmation the cashback amount is calculated properly.
- Please be advised to accept cookies on the store's website for your order to be tracked properly. Otherwise cashback for an order may get lost.
- We noticed a problem with the appearance of orders placed from iOS devices, so if your order didn't appear, please submit a request in your personal account.
- According to the store's terms and conditions if cashback for your order has not been added to your account with "Pending" status, you should create a corresponding request in your LetyShops account within 6 months after the purchase has been made.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.

I read reviews in which they say that Telepizza does not give problems when it comes to giving cashback and that we do not give a bad name. But many others if we have problems and Letyshops has to solve it for us. I emphasize again ... a 10 for Letyshops and a 4 at most for Telepizza

The pizza is good but the app leaves something to be desired
I can't get my cashback because the telepizza do not deliver to my neighborhood very ugly telepizza :( I asked for a Dominos.
They never credit you for cashback, I always have to claim it from LetyShops. Of course, very professional, they always solve my problem satisfactorily. But it is very tiring to always have to claim it when with the other stores it is not necessary. A 10 for the management of LetyShops but a 0 for Telepizza.

If it is true that they do cashback ... I have not received it yet. The indo indicates that they have to prove payment and that there is no refund. They are some pizzas ... 30 minutes after bringing them they were not even on the table ... this process should be forced to be faster ... that waiting time is not very logical.

I placed an order and my cashback was not registered, but I contacted Letyshop and after explaining what happened they themselves have processed the corresponding cashback. It took a while but everything is solved. Very happy!

I have read opinions of people who say that the cashback was credited in 24 hours, I think it is totally false (it may be the case that it is) but in my case, after 2 orders, the delivery time of the cashback was 1 month , not 24h
