Don't save money on your LetyShops account! After you accumulate a large amount and suddenly want to withdraw funds, you won't be able to do anything, the Service takes the money for itself! I've been waiting for a payment for 16 days, but there is none. At first the service worked fine, but now with any problem and need to contact support you wait for a response for 5-7 DAYS!!! By the time you receive a response the problem is no longer relevant. So why do you need such a service then? I wrote to the email, and received a response that the withdrawal of funds was frozen - they say there is a suspicion of a violation of the terms of the Leti service. OK! Moreover, in the response they indicated that they froze, but they did not send me any notifications about the problem with the withdrawal and the need to confirm my purchase. It turns out that if I myself had not written to support, they would have simply kept silent and this thousand would have remained with the organization (although they still have not sent it). But the story does not end there, they asked for evidence (a statement of purchase by me), I provided them with both a statement and screenshots of the purchase from Ali !. To which I received an awesome response "as soon as something is clear - we will definitely contact you!" There could not be a better answer, what else could be clear ???? When they sent you all the documents confirming the purchase! Terrible service and technical support (except for the girl from the customer service, she was the only one who responded quickly and adequately)!
