Cashback has not yet been credited, but the office is responsible. The train was late and therefore did not get on the bus. But the bus driver himself called back, clarified where I was and (half an hour before the departure of the bus) and said where to take a taxi to intercept the bus (while he was driving and collecting passengers around the city). The order was not recorded by our service, so the cashback did not appear. The reasons may be a violation of the purchase algorithm (for example, when the order is formed after clicking on an affiliate link/after clicking from a newsletter).
