We would really like to give our users the largest possible cashback, but unfortunately, this is not possible. After all, we spend the reward not only on paying cashback, but also on developing the service. In order to bring maximum benefit and pleasure from shopping to our customers, we regularly organize joint promotions and sales with popular stores, raffle off prizes, add new stores and services. We are focused on long-term and productive work, so the cashback rate is not the only advantage that our customers receive.
The cashback status changes immediately after the store credits the reward. The store needs time to credit the order, process the information and transfer it to our system. Each store needs different time for this process. To inform our users when to expect the cashback to be credited to their balance, we have posted information about the average (and for some stores, the maximum) time for crediting the cashback on each store's page.
Also, for your convenience, you can see the estimated date of cashback crediting for the order in your personal account. To do this, just hover your mouse over the question mark next to the "Pending" status.
