Like the store said that the order was cancelled and therefore LetyShops wrote to some partners to solve my issue within 3 or 4 months! Scammers, don't get involved with this scam company!

Very good service and idea! But, in recent months, I have to constantly monitor the accruals. In recent months, I have opened requests for clarification, at least 70% of purchases. I received a positive decision in almost all cases, from which I concluded that LetyShops itself is creating confusion, in case it goes through. In particular, many orders were not credited at all (relatively significant in price) or the cashback was underestimated, i.e. instead of "hot" cashback, the usual one was credited. Or purchases paid at the same time, small ones were credited without problems, and significant ones were "lost". As I understand it, this is not done manually. This means that either the algorithm is incorrectly configured, or it is intentionally incorrectly configured. The last credited cashback was counted after the dispute was opened, and then in the amount of 50%. They explained to me that LetyShops did not receive funds from the store with which they have a cashback agreement, and those 50% were credited to me from LetyShops funds. So such a reason can arise for any orders. Or should I demand cashback for LetyShops from the store myself, so that they can credit mine to me later? Everything written is not unfounded, all screenshots are saved. I have been with LetyShops for exactly 4 years, but recently such incidents have often happened, which is why the rating is slightly lower. I wrote not to spoil LetyShops' karma, but to draw attention to the problem. I am sure that this is not only my problem.

The service is also interested in all purchases being reflected in the system. AliExpress does not consider requests for lost cashbacks, so they made compensation from the company's budget, because we understand that you were counting on an additional pleasant bonus when making a purchase :) It is not always possible to credit cashback in full in the absence of a commission from partners.
