Just like others, I placed an order with cashback enabled (yes, I checked on the LetyShops website itself) and naturally no cashback came and there is no hint of it, a day after the order was picked up (the awaiting confirmation section is also empty). Lety's support itself replied that the order was not registered with them. All photos of the order, its payment and confirmation that it was received are there, as well as a mark on the LetyShops website about the transition (activation) of the cashback at the time of purchase. I do not recommend the site, due to the lure of the client with a high cashback and not paying it. There were also some problems with delivery, they said that you can pick it up in 20 minutes, they arrived more than an hour later and sat in the car for another hour because there was a "system failure" and because of this they could not deliver the order for 2 hours, despite the fact that the manager called twice and both times said that you can come pick it up in 20 minutes.

I agree with Denis - their cashback does not work. For all my orders, support paid "out of pocket". Whoever orders - immediately screenshot at all stages, because almost certainly the cashback will not be displayed. Overall, the store is not bad!
