Cashback is initially displayed with the status "Pending". Partners need time to process the information and transfer it to us. The crediting deadlines can always be found on the store page, as well as next to the cashback in your LetyShops personal account.
As soon as partners transfer the reward, the bonus will be confirmed automatically ;)
