An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.

I downloaded it because they spoke to me wonders about this app. The truth is that I have already made 4 purchases in Shein making sure that I always have the cashback active and nothing is ever credited. I always have to file a claim and until now they have credited me a part of the first purchase because they are under investigation, the rest will take even longer. Yesterday I made 2 purchases in Shein and I do not see anything pending to be credited here or anything, so surely I will have to make a claim but this is a bit tedious that is why I give it only 1 star.
