One operator said that the money would be returned within 1 to 4 hours, I waited - no money, I called, the second one answered up to 3 days, the third one completely reassured me, saying that the return period was up to 30 days. In short, no money, no order... Now I’m sitting and wondering: did I give the EVA store money or give an interest-free loan

The warehouse accounting in the online store works disgustingly, it shows empty balances for the order and payment, logistics are like a turtle - delivery within 10 days, and then another six months to wait for an ephemeral cashback. A disgrace, not an online store.

In general, the order is quickly counted, but you need to try hard.. so that they leave you that number. Because most likely - it will be replaced. And now at least all this is visible through Eva's account.
