I have been registered in the program since September 2017. In July 2018, we ordered 2 tours online, of course, not forgetting about the Lety Shops app... The cash back was quite significant 2752.55 and 4743.98 rubles for 2 tours...! About 3 weeks later, a rejection of the Cash Back for a large amount came... After contacting, they promised to sort everything out within 4 weeks. After 4 and then another 4 weeks, the result did not appear and as a sign of reassurance, they transferred 2000 tr. After long waits and promises from month to month (to date, 4 months have passed), they refused me... Motivating this by the fact that the partner company did not provide any information and they cannot fully compensate the amount, and as compensation they paid another 1000 rubles. And they asked to forget about the rest!!! It is not very clear how the company treats the client and how, with all the terms of the contract fully fulfilled by me with the initially recorded Cashback, they allegedly could not get a response from the partner company...? We are very sorry that such a situation occurred. When partners reject a reward, the cashback is automatically rejected. The reason for the rejection may be - non-redemption/return of the order, violation of the algorithm of purchases with cashback, use of other bonus programs when purchasing. Sometimes erroneous rejections occur.
To understand the reason for the situation, we asked our partners for help. Unfortunately, we did not receive an answer. Therefore, we compensated the cashback from personal funds in the maximum possible amount.

Good day! I connected this service, I don’t remember when, until today I hoped that it wasn’t another scam, but I had a hard time believing it. I still don’t understand how everything is calculated. The amounts between the payment and the specified amount differ. Probably the difference is in transport. Yesterday I saw that it was possible to withdraw a minimum amount, today I tried to do it. It didn’t work right away, but this is probably more due to my inattention. Everything happened on the third try! It’s surprising that between the third attempt and the money being credited to the card, it seemed like 3 minutes passed. Maybe I’m wrong, but everything happened incredibly quickly! I haven't used this service for a long time. They sent me an email saying they were giving me a code with 50% cashback so I wouldn't forget about them. As a result, when I try to activate the code, they write to me that I can't use it. After being deceived, I don't want to use the service at all.

I decided to check out this attraction of unprecedented generosity, made an order not on eBay. Order amount: 503.87 rubles ($7.55), order date: 12/07/2018 - cashback TARARARAMMM - 2.50 rubles, i.e. less than 0.5%, and this is with their notorious leti-code!!! P.s. They also let reviews through their censors. In general, LS is not the same anymore...

I bought a watch for 3060 rubles, with the stated 5.5% they credited 99 rubles, apparently the product is not at the maximum discount, it turned out earlier that the maximum percentage does not apply when buying phones either.

Given your status (LetyBronze), the maximum possible cashback percentage is 5.5%. The watch falls into the "everything else" category, so the cashback is calculated at a rate of 3.3%.
For products from the category "mobile phones, tablets and laptops, computer equipment and accessories, audio and video equipment, external storage" cashback is accrued at a rate of 1.5%.
