Terrible service, regularly does not accrue cashback on small purchases. According to the promotion from Ozon.ru, where it was necessary to spend a certain amount of money to get cashback, one of the scanned receipts was simply not accepted, they waved it off with the wording "receipt not found". And this despite the fact that during the investigation the original receipt from the Ozon.ru website itself (which had been previously scanned) was presented. Apparently, Ozon.ru deliberately miraculously does not find its own receipts when it is profitable for them (and LetyShops covers them). Attempts to resolve the issue through the so-called "customer service" led to nothing - only formal replies come. I strongly do not recommend it.

The check was processed and received the status "Not found". Partners cannot get a list of goods for it from the tax service database, take it into account in the promotion and accrue cashback. If desired, you can check this yourself by requesting the composition of purchases for the check on the FTS website.
We cannot credit cashback because we have not received the reward from our partners, from which it is formed.

It is a great pity that the LETISHOP project, which started so well, so quickly began to slide down to a banal "scam", fooling and deceiving people's hopes... Following ALL your recommendations and requirements, fully observing the constant instructions, which, according to the operators, allow you to solve all problems during the purchase. Once again I come across the same "excuse" of not wanting to fulfill your promises... Out of 12 January orders, EIGHT were rejected, and for the remaining 4 (including the one on which I intentionally spent on one of the daily offers with increased cashback) no more than 1.6% was accrued... VERY DISAPPOINTED... And judging by the latest discussions among friends, you need to look for an ALTERNATIVE TO THIS SERVICE!

The manager wrote in the request possible reasons that could affect the recording of data. Since AliExpress does not consider requests for lost orders, it is not always possible to name a specific factor that affected the accrual.
