No complaints about letyshops. I ordered the product on September 3, 2021. In the comment, I indicated that I would pick it up from November 9, 2021 to September 11, 2021. I came to pick up the order. They tried to sell me a display sample under the guise of a new product. No one warned me about such a scam on the part of the store. The employee in the store said that you can refuse the purchase. And a new product will be ordered in 4 days. Time and nerves were wasted.

I made 2 orders, the first time the cashback didn't appear, I resolved the issue through Letyshops customer support, the second time the increased cashback appeared without any problems and was credited to my surprise about a month later.

Good day, I will add to my comment that I wrote earlier, when the sales consultant tried to interfere with the purchase and tried to re-register the order. The money was credited today, confirmed by Moyo, that is, if you go through the circles of hell and do not allow the order to be re-registered, then there is a chance to get the money :) No complaints about LetyShops, everything is clear, the application was processed quickly.

A good store for the choice of goods and prices, terms of purchase and delivery, but one big minus - cashback is never!!! not credited automatically, only by opening a dispute to find the lost cashback! Verified by purchasing several goods! But Letyshops is great, always compensates for the loss in the form of a bonus! It's nice)))

I do not recommend using this store - upon request, LETISHOP does not confirm the order. Once again, thank you to the Letishop team for crediting the cashback as a bonus!

The store did not count the cashback, the support service said that another service received the cashback, I wonder how this is possible through a mobile app. The support service paid the cashback according to the standard percentage of cashback and not x7, but at least something than nothing

I placed an order for a hot cashback on a mavic mini 2 (17200 UAH). The cashback was supposed to be around 1560 UAH. After reading the reviews, I realized that the cashback was not working for me. But surprisingly, after 2 months the cashback was confirmed

And then an employee calls me back and confirms the order, but in my Moyo personal account it suddenly turned out that my order was cancelled, and at the same time a new one was created, for which I, of course, will not receive cashback, since there was no transition and activation of cashback. But thank God, a LetyShops employee helped me and waited with me for 2 months until they returned my legal cashback. These are such "honest" Moyo employees.

Before this order, which I am writing about, I made 3 more orders within 2 months, I did everything completely online with delivery, somewhere I tried to use cashback, somewhere I used a third-party service and then I saw a promotion with a burning cashback from Leti and I thought, I'll check it out (despite the negative reviews). I completed everything as required, in my Leti personal account there is a record that the purchase was recorded. So, I come to the store to pick up the order and the "polite" store employee, after checking my order number, immediately started asking if I wanted to place a new order for a girl or if I had another phone number to place the order on. I immediately realized what was going on, that the guy was no slouch and was trying to cancel my order so that I wouldn't receive anything on the flight. In the end, I denied all his stupid questions about re-ordering the product, to which he asked even more stupid questions, "why don't you want to re-register it for a girl, what's the problem, etc." Well, it's the first time I've encountered such nonsense, where they immediately fed it to me so brazenly, thinking that I'd fall for it, no conscience at all. I haven't worked in this field, I don't know how everything is organized, but if the sellers are told that there is a 9% cashback on the purchase and they are trying to cancel it at any cost, and very stupidly and straightforwardly, then excuse me, why do you need such a partner? Then why do these promotions if they are trying to scam? Just don't give cashback for this store and the employees won't do such nonsense, and the customers won't be deceived. Although the seller tried to make a fool out of me, was rude, didn't understand why I didn't want to re-order (really strange, why), but still I outplayed him in this game, it's a matter of principle, I said something that left him no more chances and the order was completed, the one that was fixed on the fly, I wonder how the store will put spokes in the wheels further. I made an order with a hot, quite substantial cashback, but it got lost. Which was unpleasant. Letishops' support reacted quickly and clearly as always. First, they enrolled a simple cashback from their own reserve and promised to contact the store about the full payment. I waited for a month, I thought they were thrown, but this is not so. As a result, the cashback was credited in full. Thank you Letishops for your concern!

Like many here, I bought goods at a hot, increased cashback. The order did not appear on its own, I had to contact the support service. Almost 2 months later, the cache was confirmed in full. My assessment of the store from the point of view of cash accrual is 3 * (the same product was at the same price in other stores, they took it here exclusively because of the cache): I received it, but I had to wait and strain Leti's service. At the same time, I can appreciate the work of Letishops only 6 * out of 5 :)

Do not contact if you want to buy an expensive product in this store. I bought a camera, the cashback amount was around UAH 1000, all conditions were met, but the cashback was not credited. 1.5 months have passed since the date of purchase, the support service simply writes that there is no answer, wait another month.
