The first 4 returns were quick and easy. Each subsequent one does not appear at all, despite going through the letyshops website and after installing the plugin (I always waited a few days and the website shows in the visit statistics that I went from the letyshops website to the store website). I have to add purchases manually, long processing time.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the appearance of cashback may be influenced by various factors, including store conditions, other browser plugins, shopping algorithm, etc. Since we do not cooperate directly with stores, finding the reasons for the loss of cashback takes time.
We see that some of the lost orders have already received a positive response and the funds have been credited to the balance. We hope that there will be no difficulties in the future.

Basically, no problems, refunds are calculated automatically. When a problem occurred - I bought two items in one day, one of which I returned, very helpful Mrs. Mariia took a lot of trouble to explain the matter professionally. Thank you very much and I recommend of course!

Great! Previously, when I ordered something through your plugin, I had to manually add a refund application. Now it works great! I have 32 PLN to pay out and another 5 PLN is waiting for me! I have one reservation, that when I manually add the application, I wait for the cashback for over 7 months and still nothing, and when it is added automatically, the cashback is ready for payment in 5 days! I highly recommend shopping with LetyShops!

Thank you for your opinion. Each store has its own deadline for posting cashback. Sometimes, funds are credited to the balance before the time described. However, in the case of a cashback loss, partners need a little more time to verify the data and transfer the funds. However, we believe that in the future the accrual process will be even faster. :)
