From my first purchase they already authorized my cash back with 6.5% for being new but for the second purchase I saw that the cash back increased to 35% and I did not It was recognized by the letyshops platform. I don't like that. Now I don't know if he will continue to do it to me. I was even encouraged to make a bigger purchase for the cash back of 35% that they never recognized me -_-

I always have to file a claim and until now they have credited me a part of the first purchase because they are under investigation, the rest will take even longer.
