Normally, I always get cashback from other stores right away. This didn't happen to me with a hotel reservation, which I specifically booked here because they were refunding €50. The surprise... IT DOESN'T APPEAR. I file a claim and have to wait 10 days... I deeply regret it because I canceled a previous reservation I had on another hotel platform. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I've been a customer for many years and I'm always up to date on new additions and taking advantage of the cashback. It's true that I've usually had problems with ticket stores for travel/plane or train tickets. On this occasion, it seemed like this app only gives cashback for plane + hotel, etc. (not plane only). After sending information to the customer service staff at LetyShops, they did a great job, as always, and were kind enough to give me some of their funds as a reward. You have to read the terms and conditions very carefully because it's very easy to lose cashback for "breaching the rules."
