As soon as I ordered for a large amount, the cashback was not credited immediately. For small amounts, the cashback is credited without problems (added one star for this).

Regarding your order, unfortunately, we received a negative response that the buyer (i.e. you) came from another source and the reward was transferred to another partner. We can receive such a response if during the checkout process some third-party resource rewrote our affiliate link or bonuses from other sources were applied (for example, a promo code was applied or the order was paid for with a card with a connected cashback program).

Everything is fair, there are problems with accrual from some stores (IHERB, Gearbest) long and with errors, but contacting technical support always helps. Withdrawal from 500 rubles, but always fast and without ripping off a percentage for the transfer, like others. For amounts up to 500, introduce a fee of 1%, sometimes people have few purchases (I can't withdraw a small amount from my wife's account).
