I wrote to the support service - and off we go, but attach a screenshot of the purchase, and send photos of your purchases, etc. In vain I contacted these cashbacks... A common reason for losing cashback can be promo codes, discounts and other bonuses. This is due to the fact that it is simply not profitable for stores to provide a double discount. When using third-party bonus programs, our service does not receive any rewards.
The most common and difficult to detect reason is the settings of the device from which the purchase is made. After all, third-party browser extensions, some antivirus software functions, ad blockers, and even viruses can negatively affect the recording of cashback. To reduce the risk of losing cashback, we recommend installing our extension. It will help detect an attempt to rewrite the affiliate link and ask for reactivation. Unfortunately, the extension does not yet record rewriting in 100% of cases, but we are working on improving it.
