Good service, it's good that it's Ukrainian and there's a possibility to withdraw cashback to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or tablets. One thing I don't like is that there's no possibility to withdraw funds to replenish the account for a smaller amount, because in order to accumulate 250 UAH. you need to save for at least a year, and even more. It would be good if it were possible to withdraw replenishment of the account from 50 UAH.

I made purchases for about PLN 10,000 (5 purchases) and they rejected each one. Why? They claim that the store does not accept cashback/I did something wrong. Interestingly, the problem occurs EVERY time with larger amounts (from ~PLN 500). To confirm, they rejected very similar purchases for the same amount for the same reason - incorrectly activated cashback, and other cheaper orders went through without a problem activated in the same way, with the same browser plug-ins. After filing a complaint, they awarded me PLN 10, which is only 0.1% of all rejected orders. I do not recommend them at all, the competition works much better. Support, which should help, actually puts the blame on you, rejects applications and tells you to send a recording of the entire process of buying and activating cashback. Maybe I should also include the login process with bank details? Jokes. I tried to settle this matter amicably, although they ignored me, hence I warn you against using their service. I withdraw my funds and run away to the competition.

In order for the refund to be calculated correctly, you must follow the cashback shopping algorithm, including: disabling other plugins in your browser, adding goods to your cart only after going through Letyshops/after activating the plugin, and following the store's terms and conditions.
In your case, almost no order appeared in the account automatically. This means that the algorithm mentioned earlier was violated.
Our managers pointed out possible errors when placing an order and gave tips for successful cashback purchases in the future.
Unfortunately, the cashback kept getting lost, so we asked for a recording of the purchase process, as then we would be able to check why the refund was getting lost.
It is worth noting that sensitive data is not needed, it is just about the algorithm.
We are open to finding the cause of the loss at any time, because we focus on long-term cooperation.
