You just need to be patient, as cashback takes time to be available, especially depending on the store. You also have to adapt to the withdrawal process, as some options aren't recommended because an external charge is made for a bank transfer, depending on the card type and location. However, with PayPal, withdrawing funds isn't a major problem. It's a highly recommended service. Regarding claims, I've made approximately four to date, and I've received a good response in all of them within a reasonable timeframe. Except for my last claim, filed during the pandemic, which took a few days longer, but they provide a good solution.

Overall, I've managed to get some cashback, but as I've read from some users, I've received cashback on large orders or haven't received any money. I've left two requests, both unresolved to date, one of which is from February of this year. Customer service is quite slow; days go by, and I still haven't received a response. However, I did manage to transfer money to my account for the cashback that did work.
