The first purchase using the LetyShops extension worked well and without having to contact the service. I then made two purchases that, for reasons they were unable to explain to me (they claim that there were other applications blocking the LetyShops one, even though I said I didn't have any other extension in the browser, and they also can't tell me which one), were not made.
