An order number displayed in your LetyShops account is different from the one assigned by the store and displayed in your SHEIN account. When submitting a request, please provide the actual SHEIN order number.
I made an order in shein entering from the LetyShops app and they did not confirm the cashback. I contacted LetyShops sending the proofs of the purchase and they replied that there was no solution because the cashback could not be confirmed. Today, since the store has refused to return the cashback and LetyShops I am also writing this negative review. All the best.

well... it's very good but before I liked it better because they gave you 20% cash now the maximum is 15% and very occasionally I think they should say days before when the cash will be raised but wow...we can't either ask for more I give it five stars

Everything is great except how long it takes to confirm the cashback. I know they have up to "x" day to confirm, but there are other stores that approve it before. And also to say that at the beginning everything was confirmed faster, now that I have made many purchases, they generally take longer.
