Purchases at EVA.UA with cashback in Austria

I made an order in the EVA online store and paid by card. After waiting for 5 days, I called the hotline. It turned out, according to the operator, that the order was collected, but for some reason, it was not sent. They said they would return the money. After waiting for a day, I called again (I don’t know whether to laugh or cry)... One operator said that the money would be returned within 1 to 4 hours, I waited - no money, I called, the second one answered up to 3 days, the third one completely reassured me, saying that the return period was up to 30 days. In short, no money, no order... Now I’m sitting and wondering: did I give the EVA store money or give an interest-free loan

In the online store "EVA" Order No. 07645936 (19 Oct. 10:57) was purchased Hermes Terre d'Hermes Eau de Toilette for men, 50 ml (TESTER) Product code: 633886, as indicated on the product page, made in France, in fact they sent made in the Czech Republic! Shame on "EVA" - you are deceiving your customers! The issue of return on the hotline was not resolved, complete disappointment in this "cool store". Good store. When there is free delivery it is generally good. Of the two orders, the first went well. The second did not find cashback and went to look for it for up to 4 months.

Cashback was calculated on the amount before the discount and as a new buyer, although both accounts (here and in the store) are old. It turned out to be about 40% cashback if you count from the amount paid.

I place an order for the umpteenth time, and after 5 days it is cancelled due to the absence of some of the items. The warehouse accounting in the online store works disgustingly, it shows empty balances for the order and payment, logistics are like a turtle - delivery within 10 days, and then another six months to wait for an ephemeral cashback. A disgrace, not an online store.

this is trash, first you spend a week collecting 2 packs of diapers, then you wait a month for the cashback to be credited, and while it hasn't been credited yet, do you need such a circus? Decide for yourself.

A very unique store. And if without cashback then all this is tolerable, but when you need to track the order number... Something was ordered incorrectly, replacement of the color of the item at the same price - a new order number. No item - a new order number. changes in the delivery department - a new number. In general, the order is quickly counted, but you need to try hard.. so that they leave you that number. Because most likely - it will be replaced. And now at least all this is visible through Eva's account.

At least some stability with cashback. It is always credited, the store always confirms it, you don't have to worry and don't have to write to tech support all the time with clarifications. Excellent service, I recommend it!

10 days to wait for an order, you call them, they say some product is not available, accordingly we edit the order, another week to wait. Cashback is not credited for a long time, I don’t even know if it will be credited at all. The advantages are promotions, low prices, products that are not in the store.
