I've made a couple of purchases through Decathlon ES, the cashback is registered correctly, but I've never received approval. I've filed a complaint and am awaiting a response. I hope this comment helps other users; I haven't had any problems with other stores so far :)

I signed up for Letyshop through a friend's link, and if I spent more than €30, they'd refund me €5 and the referral €5. I placed an order at Decathlon for €33.98, and they didn't count the order! I made a request/complaint to Letyshop, and they said Decathlon hadn't credited them for the purchase, so at most they'd credit me the cashback (€0.42), but if I wanted the €5 voucher, I'd have to spend another €30. What a disaster the Decathlon-Letyshop relationship is. All problems and complaints. Disaster, and from what I've read here, I'm neither the first nor will I be the last.

Unfortunately, according to our terms and conditions, the referral bonus is only credited to orders that were automatically credited to your personal account. If, for example, the cashback wasn't credited, and a bonus was credited manually after contacting customer service, that bonus won't be counted toward the amount required to receive the referral program bonus.

The same thing happened to me that I have read in many comments. the cashback was not credited to me directly from the decathlon store, I had to claim it and attach the purchase receipt. On the part of letyshops very well, I have no complaints, they paid me the cashback and they solved everything very kindly but it is an inconvenience to have to be claiming each purchase.

I have made several purchases and in none of them the cashback was registered automatically, I always have to claim it. And I know how to do it well since it has not happened to me in other stores. The first purchase I made for a value of 500 euros corresponded to me a cashback of about 10 euros. After claiming and waiting several months, Decathlon responded to the claim, so from Letyshops they rewarded me with a bonus of 5 euros.
