First purchase I made and it went very badly, they didn't give me the cashback that they were supposed to give me, and be careful, keep in mind that if they mention that they give you 10% on a normal account or 30% on a premium account, it's not true, in reality they only give you 0.30%, that is, less than 1% cashback according to what the operator who helped me told me, Vlada is her name, for my part I want you to take this into account because for my part I don't plan to use it anymore, really for me it's a shame since I had heard excellent references about LetyShops but from experience I didn't see anything good.

The Premium account doesn't offer 30% cashback on the amount of each order, but it does increase the base rate by 30%. We're not trying to trick anyone, and we provide the cashback we promise. If you have any suggestions on how we can change the description about the Premium account to avoid further misunderstandings, we'd be happy to consider them.

I'd been using it. I travel frequently, and I found it attractive because they had Booking.com listed. But I realized it was a scam because some of the promotions they offer are fraudulent. They don't refund you and just respond with excuses that they're reviewing it with the partner (the brand). I bought a washing machine at Aurrerá several months ago. LetyShops ran a promotion for a certain percentage refund, but they only sent me back in the mail, without refunding me what they promised. I decided to withdraw my savings; the truth is, it's a very bad experience. I don't recommend it because of the lack of reliability with their agreements.
