The assumption is that if they want your opinion, it's to improve the service, so ideally everyone should give real feedback. That said, I'd like them to improve the cashback a bit more (you have to complain too much). Another negative point is Lety's extension with Aliexpress. Every time you click on similar products or log in from the extension, Aliexpress switches to Russian. Now, the customer service and the team you have are 10/10, very friendly, and everything is great whenever there's a problem (never change this). I really like LetyShops because you save on purchases, and the customer service resolves all issues. One drawback is that the cashback is often not reflected in the amount due to the location from which you make the purchase or whether you're a new or returning customer. They should work a little more on this customization to avoid any doubts or misunderstandings.
