Everything was perfect. It may take a while for the refund to be transferred, but earning a percentage of what you spent on an item is a huge relief sometimes. Very good service.

The extension on the PC is green and everything seems to be going well, but none of the latest purchases are reflected in the cashback. It's a scam. The first purchase is reflected, and then the problems begin. It takes more than two weeks for them to resolve your issues, and then they give you the runaround, telling you it's your fault for not doing it right, when I specifically made sure it was activated. It's a scam. Don't waste your time.

I shop a lot on Aliexpress, and a few months ago I came across this site, and I've been ordering through it ever since. I had already accumulated over €30 in commissions, and on Saturday I decided to try withdrawing the funds. Today, Monday, they arrived. I definitely recommend it. Just by logging in through Letyhops, they give me money, and I estimate that in a year I'll be silver, which means I'll get a bit more commission. Everything is automatic, and I've never had to contact customer service. I don't keep track of the commissions either, but based on what I buy and the percentage they give, I estimate they're more or less correct, and it doesn't cost me any effort at all. As long as they keep giving me money for doing nothing, I'll stick with Letyhops.

I have two support tickets open for eight days and have not been addressed. They relate to two purchases made a month ago, which have not been added to my account. The purchases are not automatically added to the account as they should be, and due to these delays, relevant inquiries are not answered within a reasonable timeframe.

So far, my opinion is EXCELLENT. However, I wish the discounts/commissions were bigger and there were more stores. Thanks, and a big hug.

I was surprised by the large number of stores offering cashback here, and despite a minor issue I had, the service was excellent and the withdrawal was very fast and efficient. I will continue to use it 100%.
